My place is located in Praga Północ district (in Nowa Praga exactly). Garbage segregation is obligatory (recycled rubbish and otyher remainings). Smoking outside or on the balcony. Close to the city center (up tp 10 min), Old Town (5 min), ZOO, clubs, cafes, CH Wileńska, Tesco 24h, close to everything I would say.
